What's the difference between gelato and ice cream?
Gelato has less air, less fat, and more flavor. It's denser. Our gelato is all about intense flavors — we don't believe in masking ingredients with sugar, so you taste the actual ingredient, not just sweetness.
Where do you deliver in Dubai?
We deliver to most of Dubai. We don't reach Karama, Deira, or Sharjah yet — but we're about to expand to Al Raha in Abu Dhabi.
What's the minimum order?
Aggregator orders (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, Keeta, Smiles) have no minimum. Protein gelato direct orders: 5 pots minimum. Bulk orders: 5 tubs of 500ml minimum.
Do you do weddings or corporate events?
Yes — we cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, and brand activations. Custom flavors, branded packaging, and delivery to the venue. Get in touch here →
Are you halal certified?
Our protein gelato is halal certified. The full menu is being phased into certification.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes — multiple vegan flavors including I Need Chocolate Now, So You Think You Know Pistachio, Mango Tango, Pure Passion, and Italian Summer sorbetto.
How much protein is in the protein gelato?

How long does the gelato keep?
Stores up to 3 months in the freezer. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Best consumed immediately.

What's actually in it.
Real dairy, real fats, real sugar, and the same gold-standard proteins you'd find in a high-end supplement.
Buffalo Whey.Denser amino acid profile than standard whey. The same protein elite athletes use for recovery — just delivered in a tub instead of a shaker.
Liquid Egg Whites.Perfect PDCAAS score of 1.0 — the gold standard for human absorption. Your body uses every gram instead of passing it as waste.
Real Dairy Fats.Heavy cream and tahini. Fuel for hormone production, joint lubrication, and the rich mouthfeel that makes premium gelato taste like premium gelato.
Functional Sugars.Sucrose, dextrose, trehalose. They build the actual physical structure of the gelato — and they fuel the muscle. No erythritol, no maltitol, no chemical sweeteners.

The science, plain.
Eating sugar on an empty stomach causes a sharp blood-sugar spike. Eating the same amount of sugar inside a heavy matrix of fats and proteins produces a much slower, flatter curve.
Because this gelato is fortified with dairy fat and high-quality whey, the sugar absorbs slowly. A 90-calorie chemical "diet" ice cream loaded with maltitol or allulose will hit you harder than this will.
Fats and proteins drastically slow gastric emptying — the speed at which your stomach releases food to be absorbed. The richer the base, the smoother the curve.

Post-workout spike, on purpose.Dextrose has a glycemic index of 100. Post-training, depleted muscles are primed to absorb everything — and that insulin spike is the biological shuttle that drives amino acids straight into torn muscle tissue.

A Dubai-born experimental gelato concept, hand-made by two life enthusiasts who refused to settle for ordinary.
Why we exist
We aren't interested in the ordinary.
We are life enthusiasts. We love experiencing things — delicious food, exciting adventures, traveling, animals. You name it.
Which brings us to our love and excitement for gelato. Not ice cream. Gelato.
Much to our surprise, gelato in Dubai is at best, underwhelming. We've tested many, many spots. None got us excited or longing to eat it again.
So we made our own. Using our life experience, the insights of hundreds of testers and friends, and a stubborn refusal to compromise.
Each product is hand-made by us in small batches, using our own recipes. No artificial flavors, colorants, premixes or chemical additives. Just the finest ingredients we can find. You'll taste the difference.

Ilaria
Ilaria The Italian mastermind.
Born and raised in the north of Italy, Ilaria was raised on gelato. As a standard sweet treat for Italians, she has — like all Italians — a very, very strong opinion on how it should be.
With her culinary expertise and super fine-tuned taste pallet, she's the mastermind behind every flavor profile in our collection.
Her taste leans savory. When she does go sweet, it's fruity, refreshing, acidic. Or chocolate. Always allowed.

James
James The food lover.
Born in the Netherlands, raised all over the world. James is, first and foremost, a food lover. His main incentive to travel is to try new flavors wherever he goes.
With an adventurous taste pallet and fewer cultural restrictions (unlike Ilaria), he dares to try flavor combinations that might otherwise be questionable. Sometimes they shouldn't work. They do.
The sweet tooth behind the operation, James is also our chocolatier, gelato chef, and the branding wizard behind every box you've ever held. Pretty cool yeah?
How we do it
The craft.
Gelato isn't ice cream. It's denser, served warmer, with less air and less fat. Done right, the flavor hits harder and lasts longer.
We refuse shortcuts. Every batch is hand-made. Every ingredient is chosen because of how it tastes — not how cheap it is.

Real Sicilian pistachios with the DOP protected designation. Specific origin — we know exactly which grove every batch comes from.

Only the best from northern Italy. Always roasted, never raw. The same nuts that built Nutella's reputation — used properly.

Italian roots, Dubai energy.
Dubai is a city built by people from everywhere, eating from everywhere. It's the kind of place where Karak and tiramisu live on the same street, and a tahini bonbon can become someone's new favorite thing.
That's our playground. We take Italian gelato craft and run it through the flavor lens of this city — Laban Up, saffron, rahash, cardamom — and make things you can't get anywhere else.
