Our team comes from a very diverse background, as we have lived, quite literally, all over the world.
You could say we are the definition of a multi-cultural establishment.

The story
"One day, through some luck, Mhamed, James and Ilaria (the founders) realized they all loved food. A lot.  Each time they'd meet up for food, ideas of how to improve the experience, the menu, the flavors etc, were thrown around. Then, out of the blue, James & Ilaria shared a concept they'd been churning up for a while with Mhamed. They made a sample and let him try their invention, Bella Tahini. Needless to say, he was blown away.
Little did they know that this little bonbon would rock their worlds." - Read in the voice of Morgan Freeman.

Born for the love of food in the UAE, we started creating these gelato bonbons together, with the idea that everyone should get to experience this awesomeness.

What we didn't expect is that we'd end up creating some sort of dexter's laboratory (spearheaded by Ilaria, the crazy chef), inventing wild flavor combinations (most of them actually taste great!.. some are questionable).
