Have you ever had a watermelon and feta salad? Well this is something like that, but then, totally different. The zestiness of the lime, the sweetness of the strawberries, all tied together by the aroma of basil.

These flavors work so well together. It's one of Ilaria's favorite summer time fruit salads to make, and now in sorbetto format it's almost better, almost. Just picture it.. On a warm summer day, by the beach, sea breeze, a scoop of this magic. Perfection.

We are constantly trying new flavor combinations. Sometimes, we find a combination that sits just right, and we'll keep it for a while. But, we're artisanal, and make small batches.

Our experimental flavors are all numbered, and we have a dedicated page where you, as a gelato fan, can go vote on the flavor you like the most, and even request for flavors to come back.

We know it's all the craze right now. We get it. It's tasty. But did you know, there's good pistachio, and there's gooooood pistachio? We make our version with Bronte pistachios, and seriously, this will revolutionize your world. Why is it better? Might be the volcanic soil they're grown in, or the way they're harvested and only roasted just before being used. We aren't really sure. All we know, is that our taste buds can't get enough of them.

Ilaria has moments where she's craving chocolate, and when she says "I need chocolate now" it means, she needs delicious, tasty chocolate. Now. Otherwise, it's total mayhem. If you're anything like her, then this chocolatey treat will give you that fix you're looking for.

So, something you've got to know, is that this is actual a sorbet. Wait, wait, really, there's a good reason. Try it once. If you don't like it, send it back. But you won't.

We all know Nutella. Some people don't realize that there's no chocolate in Nutella. The flavor and color comes from hazelnuts! Piedmont, where it originally comes from, has some of the tastiest hazelnuts. These are the ones we use.

We believe that not all nuts are created equal. Some nuts are just better than other nuts. It's a fact. There are plenty of squirrels out there that'll agree with us.
